“I am more than the sum of things which have happened to me. I have the free will to choose who I am.” – C.G. Jung

I believe that moments of adjustment and uncertainty are where we meet our truest selves—times when life challenges us to shed what no longer fits, revealing the deeper truths that guide who we’re becoming. Witnessing that process—the courage it takes to grow, heal, and come home to oneself—is what moves me most about this work.

In therapy, I help clients navigate those very moments with compassion and curiosity, supporting adults through seasons of adjustment, self-discovery, and relationship growth—both with themselves and others. My trauma-informed approach helps clients work through anxiety, obsessive thinking, and other cognitive or emotional challenges that often arise in deep personal work.

In our sessions, clients can expect a collaborative and compassionate space where their story is met with curiosity, not judgment. Together, we explore unhelpful patterns, heal long-held pain, and cultivate new ways of thinking and relating that feel grounded and authentic. My goal is for clients to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence in their ability to live with intention and self-trust.

My therapeutic style is eclectic and flexible, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, brainspotting, trauma-informed care, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and parts work. This versatility allows me to tailor each session to the client’s unique needs, fostering both insight and meaningful change.

I view healing as the process of coming home to yourself—not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who you are beneath layers of fear, shame, and self-protection. Growth often begins in moments of discomfort or change, and I aim to help clients meet those moments with curiosity, compassion, and courage.

I hold dual graduate degrees from Florida State University—a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and an Education Specialist Degree in Counseling—and am fully licensed in Utah and Florida. My specialized training includes Brainspotting, Anxiety, Reproductive Trauma, Betrayal Trauma, Grief, and CBT interventions.
