Healing in Community: Grief and Loss Support Group

Grief is not a process with a fixed timeline, nor is it a journey you have to take alone. When you are mourning the death of a loved one, having a safe space where your experience is heard, validated, and held with care can make a meaningful difference in your healing.

Our Grief & Loss Support Group offers a structured, empathetic space to process bereavement, honor the memory of your loved one, and connect with others who truly understand the depth of loss.

What to Expect

  • Connection & Understanding: Connect with peers navigating grief due to death, helping reduce the isolation that often accompanies loss.

  • Guided Facilitation: Explore healthy coping strategies, process complex emotions, and navigate life transitions with professional support.

  • Consistent Rhythm: Gathering every other week for 90 minutes provides a sustainable, dedicated space to focus on your emotional well-being without feeling overwhelming.
