Why Group Therapy
Reduced Isolation: Connecting with others in similar situations validates your experiences and reminds you that you aren't navigating life's challenges alone.
Diverse Perspectives: Hearing how peers handle similar struggles offers fresh insights, practical strategies, and new angles on personal growth.
Mutual Support & Hope: Giving and receiving empathy within a group fosters resilience, builds self-worth, and provides hope as you see others make progress.
Safe Relational Space: Groups serve as a supportive environment to practice open communication, express difficult emotions, and refine interpersonal skills.
Cost-Effective Care: Group therapy delivers ongoing professional facilitation and evidence-based support at a lower per-session cost than individual therapy.

Group therapy offers a space to work through difficult experiences alongside others who understand. My groups are trauma-informed, semi-structured, and member-centered. Each session begins with a check-in, followed by a focus topic that we adapt to what the group needs, so you set the pace and are never pushed to share more than you're ready to. Trauma processing is a central part of my work, and I also support people dealing with addiction and recovery, grief and loss, anger management, and building everyday life skills. I work with first responders and medical professionals as well, who often carry more than most people realize. Whether you're ready to talk about what happened or just ready to listen, you're welcome here. I've been leading groups since 2015, and I focus on creating a room where safety and trust come first.
