What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

Once we schedule your time, that is held specially for you. As a courtesy to those who are on the wait list, we ask for 24-hours notice (during business hours) to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For example, if your appointment is on Monday at 4pm, please call no later than the previous Friday at 4pm. If you do not give 24-hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Unfortunately, no insurance company reimburses for this. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
